About

I'm a chemist with a background in mass spectrometry, vibrational spectroscopy and computational chemistry, who is excited about the prospect of using machine learning to advance the field of chemistry.

I think there is a lot of unused potential in the intersection of chemistry and machine intelligence, so I have been teaching myself deep learning on the side since 2023.

My favorite achievement so far has been a silver medal in a chemistry-related Kaggle competition. See the Projects page and Blog for more. For my publications in traditional chemistry see the Publications page.

I'm interested in opportunities to work on machine learning for chemistry full-time and am excited to connect with people who share my passion about science and deep learning. If you like what you see here and would like to connect, feel free to send me a request on LinkedIn or message me on Twitter.
